About Haugen Operations Group.

Haugen Operations Group, LLC was formed under Oklahoma law as the parent operating entity for the work of Jacob S. Haugen — sole member and manager. Rather than running each venture under its own legal shell, every business line operates as an assumed-name DBA of the same entity, sharing one EIN, one set of books, and one operating spine.

The choice is deliberate. It keeps overhead low, accounting honest, and the customer relationship simple: every invoice, contract, and refund lives with the same legal entity, regardless of which DBA delivered the work.

The company provides advisory and consulting services, builds and licenses small-scale software and digital products, and publishes practical reference material for technical operators. Engagements are sourced directly and delivered through the firm's own client portal.

Existing clients

The HOG client portal.

Active clients sign in to view invoices, manage subscriptions, update payment methods, download receipts, and pay outstanding balances. All payments are processed through Stripe. The portal is the system of record for billing across every business line.

Scoping a new project.

New work begins with a short written brief and a discovery call. We respond to inquiries within two business days, send a scoped proposal, and — if accepted — onboard the client into the portal where the engagement is invoiced and tracked. No retainer is required to start the conversation.
